These workshop is an annual event for Intercontinental Hotel Group. The weeklong event focuses on IHG’s HR goals and direction for the following year as well as recognition to all the hotels that has met or exceeded their goals. ULAD was tasked with conducting 4 sessions on communication, where we use the core values of IHG as the subject. What made the sessions so memorable is the use of Lego brick to demonstrate the different levels of communication that exist in the organization.
