Unique Construction Consulting is one of the premier project management consulting firm in Asia.

Incorporated in Shanghai, China in the year of 2011, we have grown from a team of 3 engineers to over 50 technical professionals and provide services to the local and international project. We extended into Malaysia: UCC (MY) was officially registered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2016 and provide services in Southeast Asia.

Our rapid growth is due to, in depth understanding and appreciation of both the international partners and the local environment. One of our key strength is diversity in our team as we have some of the best talents from around world. With more over 50 years combined of professional experience, we have partnered with numerous Fortune 500 companies, assisting them to realize their projects in China with minimal risks and maximum results.

We cover the entire spectrum of construction from design to the handover of the project. In addition we do organize training and seminars to share our competencies and grow our client’s talent pool.
