Unique
Learning and Development (ULAD) conducted a two days’ workshop for TGW,
an innovative Austrian company that specialises in total logistics
solution. They are one of the world leaders in logistics design and
management, with a market cap of over 450mil euro.
The workshop’s objective is to enhance their communication and sales communication skills. The workshop was attended by their sales team of 5 including their Sales Director for Asia, Mr. Jack Yang. The workshop was design upon address their communication gaps that they face daily. Communication across culture as well as selling their ideas to both internal and external customers.
The input from Jack and the team was that this is one of the best workshop they have even attended as it gave them a new perspective on communication as well as information and techniques that they can implemented immediate and the result is almost instantaneous.
