ULAD held our quarterly Emergenetics and Leadership workshop. The event was attend by professionals across industries and functions. Chun an internationally recognized trainer shared about the importance of self-discovery through Emergenetics and 3 quick ways to increase one’s leadership influence. First to be self-aware of our natural tendencies and how to leverage them through transparent communication, we as leaders seek first to understand then be understood, second, to create clarity in our vision and mission and finally to trust our members.
