Among the attendees were Malaysia’s ambassador to China, Datuk Zainuddin bin Yahya, Mr. Sha Botao, deputy mayor of Shenyang and Mr. Cai Zhenhong, CEO of LSH. During this ceremony both governments share similar views that LSH Plaza is the result of close corporation of cross government agencies and private sectors. Datuk Zainuddin stressed that this is only the beginning of such collaboration and he is confident with the support of the local authorities and governing bodies, the next phase will be equally successful.
With UCC’s management and supervision, the project is ahead of schedule. Over 80% of the glass panel for the exhibition hall has been installed. Level 1 to 3 and level 6 construction has been completed and handover was done to the interior design contractor in August, similarly the south site of the project, where the landscape contractors has begun their work since August.
