Growing talents and developing leaders was the theme for the workshop for one of China’s outstanding creative agencies. The day’s program was tailored enabling the organization’s young leaders to reflect, share and grow. ULAD took them on a journey of transformation, by turning the session into a laboratory where each participant put on a lab coat and presented their ideas. We ended the evening with a fun dinner party where everyone made a statement of what they can do better and how they can support each other to help the organization grow from good to great.
