CW Tin graduated from Glasgow University with Mechanical in 1997. He has many years’ working experience ranging from Mechanical Engineering to Project Management. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Chinese. He has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and is well versed in the requirements of clients and difference of cultures. As a Project Director his expertise is in design, energy audit, schedule, costing, EHS and quality.
